Client Support Rep Position
COMPENSATION — $1,000/mo for 40 hours a month — plus high commission & bonus opportunities
We're looking for an ambitious, organized, and cheerful Client Support Rep to add to our #dreamteam.
Someone who is ready to keep our clients happy & delighted as our team transform their businesses into LEGALLY LEGIT trademarked brands.
You’ll help communicate with our clients, touch base with our referral partners, and assist potential new clients as they consider Indie Law to protect their growing brands.
Our core values are clarity, ownership, trust, and integrity. As our Client Support Rep, you’ll help us stay aligned with each of these values:
- Clarity to get specific on the needs and wants of our clients so that we can be the best brand protectors we can be
- Ownership of our relationships with past, present & future clients so that can make the trademark process as effortless for them as possible
- Trust across our clients, our referral partners, and our team so everyone can focus on their own stuff knowing that other deadlines are being met and things aren’t falling through cracks
- Integrity baked into the core of our processes so that we honor our commitments and confidently clean things up when commitments aren’t kept
