Indie Law is a trademark firm, and we've helped our clients file for over 750 trademarks. With the help of our systems and our rockstar team, we're transforming a high volume of entrepreneurs into legally legit brands without sacrificing quality.
And with your help, our team could be complete!
We are looking for a young or transitioning lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit to help our trademark clients on a part-time basis.
And in addition to receiving fun & fulfilling legal work, you'll get access to ALL our processes and strategies.
Yes, you read that right. Our team is an open book, and we want to see you succeed beyond the time you spend with the Indie Law fam.

Our team is prepared to train and supervise you, and I'll even coach you myself on the vision you have for your own future.
In a nutshell, you would help the other lawyers at Indie Law so that together we can effectively transform our entrepreneur clients into LEGALLY LEGIT trademarked brands.

- Clarity to get specific on upcoming legal tasks and projects so that we can perform at our best

- Trust across the team so everyone can focus on their own stuff knowing that other deadlines are being met and things aren’t falling through cracks
- Integrity baked into the core of our processes so that we honor our commitments and, when necessary, can confidently clean things up when commitments aren’t kept

3-4 hours of legal work a month — this will be spread out into 15 minute daily chunks split between you and the other attorney mentees (plus the opportunity to advise on and prepare things like trademark office action responses)

Several people have reached out offering to get started in this position for free. We know this is something lots of people see value in, and at the same time we do want to pay you for your commitment to our mission.
You'll receive $200/mo for working only 3-4 hours a month.

You'll also have the opportunity to speak with our clients and prospects directly, and you'll receive an additional payment for every one of these calls you take. We will happily provide you with more details about these opportunities after you apply.
